Music: Any Polka will work for this dance
| Right & Left Heel Touches | ||
| 1. | Touch the right heel out front | |
| 2. | Bring the RF next to the LF | |
| 3. | Touch the left heel out front | |
| 4. | Bring the LF next to the RF | |
| Right Heel Cross & Polka Right | ||
| 5. | Touch the right heel out front | |
| 6. | Cross the right heel in front of the left leg | |
| 7 & 8. | Step side right with the RF, bring the LF next to the RF, step right with the RF | |
| Rock Back Left & Polka Turn Right | ||
| 9. | Rock back onto the LF | |
| 10. | Rock forward onto the RF | |
| 11 & 12. | Step forward with the LF, bring the RF to the LF and make 1/4 turn right, step side left with the LF and make 1/4 turn right | |
| Polka Side Right & Left | ||
| 13 & 14. | Step side right with the RF, bring the LF next to the RF, step right with the RF | |
| 15 & 16. | Step side left with the LF, bring the RF next to the LF, step left with the LF | |
